Dalmore, 25 years 70cl

The Dalmore distillery has been in existence since 1839 and is renowned for its use of high-quality oak casks. For this 25-year-old edition, a complex maturation process involving multiple types of casks was applied. The whisky begins its aging in American oak casks that previously held bourbon. Part of it is then transferred to Palomino Fino and Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. In addition, tawny port casks from Portugal are used. This combination of casks gives the whisky its characteristic structure and layered complexity. This whisky is distilled in the beautiful Highlands and bottled at 42% ABV.
