Shipping and returning:

If your order has not been delivered in the condition as it should be, please contact our customer service. We’ll find a solution! However, due to health safety issues, it is not possible to return delivered Tasting Collections.

Do we ship to your country?

To get a quote for shipping costs and times you can place any number of items in the shopping basket and go to the delivery page in the checkout to see the cost and times, you will not be asked for payment until you confirm your selections.

If your order is being sent outside the Netherlands, you may be subject to customs charges within the destination country. Whilst Tasting Collection can´t be held responsible for these, we find that most packages tend to get through unhindered, with the exception of Norway.

Can I get my order the next day?

We strive to offer the fastest delivery possible; For the Netherlands this generally means you will get your package the next day, although unfortunately we cannot guarantee this for every order.

Gift Orders

Is your order a gift? We don’t include any billing information with your order. Also, you have the opportunity to include a personal message.

What do I do if my order has not arrived on time?

After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation with a tracking link of the shipping company. Follow the link in your tracking email to see the online tracking.

How can I pay my order?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Depending on the country you order from, we provide extra payment services that are popular in that specific country. All accepted payment methods will show in your checkout.

Is there a minimum order amount?

We’re always pleased to welcome you as a customer. So we have no minimum order amount.

Can I see the ordertotal in other currencies than Euros?

All prices are in Euros and all orders are charged in Euros. The website has the functionality to display approximate prices in other currencies but please note that prices shown other than in Euros may differ from the actual amount charged to you by PayPal or your card company.

We can't tell exactly what the equivalent amount is in currencies other than Euros because the exchange rate changes constantly and card providers and PayPal may use a different exchange rate than the one we're using. They may also levy additional fees and charges which we do not know and cannot estimate.
