Wolfburn - Northland 70cl

Wolfburn Northland is a single malt whisky from Thurso, in northern Scotland. The distillery reopened in 2013 on the site of a whisky distillery that had been established in 1821. Northland is matured entirely in used American oak quarter casks that previously contained sherry. This type of cask is smaller than a standard cask, allowing the whisky to have more contact with the wood. The whisky is not chill-filtered and contains no added colorants.
