Wolfburn - Manzanilla Cask Finish 70cl

Wolfburn Manzanilla Cask Finish is a single malt whisky from Thurso, in the north of Scotland. The whisky first matures in American oak casks and is then finished in casks that previously held Manzanilla sherry. This type of sherry originates from the Spanish town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda and is known for its light character. Wolfburn has been operating since 2013 and is the northernmost distillery on the Scottish mainland. This whisky is distilled in the beautiful Highlands and bottled at 46% ABV.
