Provencial Seasoning - Pouch 100 gram

This Provencial Seasoning Rub applies wonderfully to all kinds of meats but especially to game dishes to give a delicious provincial flavor. The blend is a well balanced mix of sugar, salt, parsley, oregano, rosemary, mustard, basil, fennel, paprika, thyme, sage, marjoram and lavender flower. What is also very tasty is to sprinkle this rub over your potatoes. This rub can be used with and without olive oil. Let it soak for about 1 to 2 hours before frying or roasting.
