Zuidam Korenwijn 5 Years is a Dutch, barrel-aged grain spirit from Baarle‑Nassau, matured for a minimum of five years in oak casks. It is made from equal parts malted barley, rye, and corn, distilled multiple times in copper pot stills, with some distillates redistilled with traditional botanicals such as juniper, licorice, and anise.
