Zuidam - Oude Genever 50cl

Zuidam Oude Genever is a traditional Dutch genever produced by Zuidam Distillers. For this expression, the distillery uses an equal blend of rye, corn, and malted barley. The mash wine is distilled three times in a pot still. Part of the distillate is then distilled a fourth time with botanicals such as juniper, licorice root, and aniseed. The label is applied by hand, and each bottle features a red wax seal. The alcohol content is 38%.
