Talisker, 43 years - Old Xpedition Oak 70cl

The Talisker 43 Year Old Xpedition Oak is a rare single malt from Skye, the oldest ever produced by the distillery. Matured in American oak hogsheads (large wooden barrels) and bottled at 49.7%, the whisky was finished in casks that had been on a 3,264-mile sailing trip across the Atlantic Ocean. Only 1,830 bottles exist worldwide, in tribute to the distillery's founding year of 1830.
