Ocho - Añejo 50cl

This tequila is made exclusively from blue agave sourced from a single, specific agave field. The label states both the field and the harvest year. After harvesting, the agave is slowly cooked to release its natural sugars. Fermentation and distillation then follow traditional methods. Ocho Añejo is aged for a minimum of one year in used American oak barrels. Ocho uses more agave per liter of tequila than average, a deliberate choice to keep the agave character clearly present. The alcohol content is 40 percent.
