Highland Park, 16 years - Between You & I 70cl

A very exclusive Highland Park, made in collaboration with Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, the only chef in the world to hold three Michelin 3-Star restaurants! The name “Between You & I” comes from a campaign that emphasizes the idea of sharing a drink together. This release was intended for sale at international airports but we got a hold of some of these bottles. The whisky is matured for 16 years in oak casks, including casks that previously held sherry. Highland Park still partly uses traditional methods, such as drying malt with local peat. Its location on Orkney is unique: it is an island group with a cool and windy climate. This influences the maturation of the whisky, which often develops gradually here.
