Highland Park, 18 years 70cl

Highland Park 18 Years Old is a single malt whisky from the Highland Park Distillery on the Orkney Islands, one of the northernmost distilleries in Scotland. Since 1798, the distillery has produced whisky using local barley, heather peat, and island water. Everything is distilled on-site in pot stills, making it a true single malt. The whisky matures for 18 years in a combination of European and American oak casks, some of which previously held sherry. During this time, the wind, humidity, and climate of the Orkney Islands influence the aging process in a way that cannot be replicated elsewhere. Its amber color comes entirely from the casks; no colorings or flavorings are added.
