Aerstone Whisky
Aerstone Single Malt Scotch whisky is carefully matured for over 10 years in the William Grant & Sons Lowland distillery, located in the intense environment of the Scottish Ayrshire coast. Some of these whiskies mature in a warehouse by the sea. This influences the maturation process and delivers a smooth whisky with a hint of sea salt. Further inland, the whiskies mature in warehouses where the sea has less influence on the taste. These whiskies are more peated and have a rich and smoky character.

Aerstone whisky
There are 2 types of Aerstone Whisky, the Sea Cask and the Land Cask. Both versions are carefully matured in Scotland for a minimum of 10 years. These single malt whiskies have two distinctly different flavors.
Aerstone Sea Cask Whisky
Sea Cask whisky is smooth and easy thanks to the aging process in the coastal warehouses on the Ayrshire coast in Scotland.
Aerstone Land Cask whisky
Land Cask is matured further inland with Scottish highland peat for a rich and smoky character. Sea Cask and Land Cask are both matured in separate casks and exposed to different climatic conditions to sip, taste, and enjoy.
