Tullamore D.E.W. – Irish Whiskey is one of the lightest and smoothest Irish whiskeys. It is the result of three different types of whiskey: pot still, grain, and malt. The whiskey matured mainly in ex-bourbon casks, with a small proportion in ex-sherry casks. Tullamore D.E.W. is named after Daniel E. Williams. Although he was not the founder of the original distillery, Daniel E. Williams is regarded as the man responsible for its present-day success.
