Tomatin, 12 years 1 litre

Tomatin is situated at around 315 meters above sea level, making it the third-highest distillery in Scotland. For a long time, the 12-year-old Tomatin was bottled at 40% ABV, but since the 2015 edition, it has been increased to 43%, giving it a little more depth of flavor. This now multiple international award-winning whisky first matured for over 11 months in ex-bourbon barrels and then 6 to 9 months in Spanish ex-sherry casks.
