Its Asian botanicals—calamansi from the Philippines, Thai sweet basil, galangal, and Kampot pepper from Cambodia—add citrusy freshness, spice, and extra depth of flavor. The name refers to the tarsier, a small primate from the Philippines. Part of the proceeds supports projects that help conserve this species and its habitat.
