Tolmann's - Bourbon Barrel Aged 70cl

Tolmann’s Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin combines classic gin with maturation in oak barrels. After distillation in a copper still, this gin is aged for at least six months in first-fill bourbon barrels. These are barrels that previously held bourbon. During maturation, the gin absorbs colour and aromas from the wood. This process gives the gin a clear amber colour and adds extra layers of flavour. With an alcohol content of 46%, this gin retains its character, even in mixed drinks. Thanks to the barrel ageing, it can also be enjoyed neat or on the rocks, similar to other barrel-aged spirits. In a mix, it pairs well with ginger ale and a slice of lime.
