Talisker 8 Years Special Release 2021 was fully matured in ex-rum casks, a rare choice for the brand. This adds tropical fruit notes to its signature maritime character, with peat smoke, sea salt, and peppery spice. Founded in 1830 and the only distillery on the Isle of Skye, Talisker bottled this edition at cask strength (59.7%) without chill filtration or added colouring, preserving its natural character.
