Senior & Co - Clear Curaçao 70cl

Senior & Co Clear Curaçao is a colorless orange liqueur from Curaçao. The liqueur is produced by Senior & Co, a family-owned company that has been active on the island since 1896. For production, the distillery uses the peels of the laraha, a bitter orange that grows only on Curaçao. These peels are dried and then soaked in alcohol to extract the flavor compounds. Afterward, the liquid is distilled and diluted to the desired alcohol content. The liqueur has a clear appearance and a fresh aroma of orange peel with subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it shows citrus flavors, mild bitterness, and a hint of sweetness. Its neutral color makes this Curaçao ideal for cocktails where color should not dominate, such as a classic White Lady or a variation of a Margarita. Senior & Co still produces using traditional methods and relies on local ingredients. The distillery is one of the few that makes authentic Curaçao liqueur on the island itself.
