Redbreast - Iberian Series PX 70cl

The Redbreast Iberian Series focuses on maturation in casks from Spain and Portugal. For this release, the distillery uses casks that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry. This sherry is known for its sweet and concentrated character. Fun fact: Pedro Ximénez sherry is made from grapes that are first dried in the sun. This significantly increases the sugar content, resulting in the distinctive sweet and syrupy style that influences whisky maturation.
