Rebel Yell - Small Batch Reserve 70cl

Rebel Yell Small Batch Reserve is a wheated bourbon. The distillery uses wheat as the secondary grain instead of rye, which sets its recipe apart from many other bourbons. The whiskey matures in new, charred oak barrels. In a small batch, multiple barrels are blended to achieve a consistent style, rather than bottling from a single cask. The whiskey is not heavily filtered and derives its color solely from the wood. This whiskey is bottled at 45,3 percent alcohol.
