Nikka - Yoichi 70cl

The Yoichi distillery was the first distillery built by Nikka in 1934. Nikka's founder, Masataka Taketsuru, chose Yoichi in Hokkaido because of its similar weather conditions to Scotland, where Masataka mastered the craft of whisky bottling. The Yoichi Single Malt is created by using whiskies of different ages and through the characteristic Nikka distillation style, which involves heated coals. This whisky is bottled at 45% alcohol.
