The Matusalem Gran Reserva 23Y is a premium dark rum from the Dominican Republic, aged using the Solera system in oak barrels previously used for wine or bourbon. This method gives the rum its amber color and complex aromas of oak, spices, chocolate, and sweet notes. With an alcohol content of 43%, it can be enjoyed neat or with ice.
