Martell - Blue Swift 70cl

Martell Blue Swift is a French spirit based on VSOP cognac that undergoes an additional maturation in ex-bourbon casks. Martell uses eaux-de-vie from the Cognac region, distilled in traditional copper pot stills. The base is a recognized VSOP cognac, but due to the maturation in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon, this release is officially classified as a spirit drink rather than a cognac. It is bottled at 40 percent alcohol.
