What is Advocaat?
Advocaat drink is a delicious creamy drink made with eggs. Egg yolk forms the base, usually prepared with the purest possible alcohol, or with brandy or gin. Sugar is added to give it a wonderfully sweet taste. There are very thick creamy variants, and thinner variants where more egg white is used instead of just egg yolk.
