Lagavulin - Distillers Edition 2022 70cl

The whisky comes from the Lagavulin distillery on the island of Islay, founded in 1816. The Distillers Edition is part of an annual series with a consistent production process. The whisky first matures in oak casks and then receives a second maturation in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which are used for fortified wine from Spain. This double maturation is part of the standard recipe for the Distillers Edition. The whisky is bottled at 43 percent alcohol.
