La Fee - Parisienne Absinthe 70cl

La Fée Parisienne Absinthe is based on a 19th-century recipe and is produced at the Cherry Rocher distillery (Rhône-Alpes, France) using nine natural herbs, including three types of wormwood, two types of anise, fennel, coriander, and hyssop. The absinthe has a rich green color and a spicy aroma with notes of anise, fennel, and grass. When diluted with water, nuances of licorice and mint develop, followed by a spicy, earthy finish.
