La Fée Bohemian Absinthe is a modern Bohemian absinthe with less anise than traditional French varieties. Distilled with wormwood among other botanicals, it offers a drier, less sweet flavour. The low anise content keeps the absinthe clear when diluted, making it suitable for cocktails, over ice, or with water. The strong botanical herbs and high alcohol content mean careful dosing is recommended.
