In 1820, John Walker opened his modest grocery store in Kilmarnock—unaware that it would change the world of whisky forever. Two centuries later, Master Blender Jim Beveridge drew inspiration from the original flavor notes in John's archives. Using exceptional “ghost stocks” from defunct distilleries such as Pittyvaich, Cambus, and Port Ellen (all aged for at least 28 years), he created a limited edition that revives the exotic flavors of the 1820s.
