Isolabella Sambuca is an Italian anise liqueur with 40% alcohol, made according to a traditional 19th-century recipe by Egidio Isolabella. Sambuca is often served chilled or with ice to soften its aromas. It is also classically served “con la mosca”: with three roasted coffee beans in the glass, sometimes briefly flamed, symbolizing health, happiness, and prosperity, while enhancing the anise flavor. This delicious herbal liqueur from Isolabella is distilled in Italy and bottled at 40% alcohol.
