Irishman - The Harvest 70cl

The Harvest, formerly known as Founder’s Reserve, is a blend of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still. Single malt whiskey is made from malted barley, while single pot still also includes a percentage of unmalted barley. This may not seem like a big difference, but it has a significant impact on the flavor of the whiskey. The Harvest is triple‑distilled and aged in ex‑bourbon barrels. It won a gold medal at The International Spirits Challenge in London and received 93 points in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible under its former name..
