Highland Park was founded in the Orkneys and makes his whisky with the same traditions and integrity since its founding in 1798, which form a perfect basis for one of the world's most respected single malt whiskies. Clinging to 5 traditions, including the distinctive aromatic heather peat, which is unique to Orkney and using only hand selected ex-sherry casks, Highland Park brings balanced single malt whisky; "Gently smoky but surprisingly sweet". This12 years matured has a heath-like smell and a smoky, honey and salty taste.
