Filliers 5 Year Barrel Aged Genever comes from a family owned distillery in Bachte Maria Leerne. The distillery has been working with grains and botanicals since the nineteenth century and produces in small batches, with each batch distilled separately. Distillation takes place in copper stills. The genever matures in casks that previously held whisky. The alcohol content is 38 percent.
