This genever combines the distinctive qualities of three different grains. The grain eau-de-vie (malt wine) is distilled from equal parts rye, corn, and malted barley. The malted barley provides the backbone of the spirit, the corn adds a rich sweetness, and the rye contributes spicy notes. The new distillate is triple distilled in a small pot still. The alcohol content of this Korenwijn is 30%.
