Don Papa Port Cask Quincentennial 2025 Edition is a limited rum from the Philippines. This release commemorates 500 years since the first circumnavigation of the globe, the expedition that ultimately led to the first Spanish landing in the Philippines. Only 500 individually numbered bottles have been released worldwide. The rum is made from molasses from sugarcane grown on Negros Island, a region known as the sugar heart of the Philippines. The island produces a large portion of the country’s sugar and is often called Sugarlandia. The Quincentennial Edition has a higher alcohol content than the regular Port Cask release.
