Don Papa - Baroko 70cl

Don Papa Baroko is a Philippine rum from the Bleeding Heart Rum Company, named after revolutionary leader Papa Isio. The brand was founded in 2012 on Negros, an island known for its high-quality sugarcane. The rum is made from local molasses ("black gold"), fermented, distilled, and aged for three to five years in American oak barrels at the foot of Kanlaon Volcano. These selected barrels form the Baroko blend.
