Cardhu, 14 years - Special Release 2021 70cl

Cardhu was founded in 1824 and is known as one of the classic Speyside distilleries. The whisky is part of Diageo’s annual Special Releases, in which selected distilleries release limited editions. This edition of Cardhu was fully matured in refill and new oak casks, followed by additional ageing in ex-red wine casks. This gives the whisky its characteristic depth and a gentle, fruity influence from the wine wood.
