The Balvenie 18 Year Old Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask is a single malt whisky from Dufftown, Speyside. It first matures in American oak casks and then in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Spain. This double maturation affects its color and aroma. The whisky is distilled from malted barley in copper pot stills and has an alcohol content of 43%.
