Akashi - Ume 50cl

Akashi - Ume is a blended whiskey made from 30% malted barley. After 3 years of aging in bourbon barrels, it is aged for several months in Shiratama Umeshu casks, these are self-produced by the distillery. This new creation from Eigashima offers a soft and woody profile where fruity notes of plum balance with spicy notes.
