Aberfeldy, 16 years 70cl

In 1896, drinks merchant John Dewarde purchased a plot of land from the Marquis of Breadalbane and built the Aberfeldy distillery there. In 2015, this 16 year old expression was added to the Aberfeldy “The Last Great Malts” range. The whisky was first matured in bourbon casks and then finished in Oloroso sherry casks, giving the light and fresh spirit greater complexity and depth. A highly enjoyable whisky with a fine balance of sweet, fruity and spicy notes.
