Made in Taiwan, Yushan Signature Bourbon Cask is distilled at Nantou Distillery, where they use traditional Scottish pot stills. Aged in bourbon casks and bottled without chill-filtering, Yushan is named after the highest mountain in Taiwan. It’s a floral, sweet and fruity whisky that shows a lot of promise.
