Yamazaki, 12 years 70cl
The Yamazaki distillery was founded in 1923 by Shinjiro Torii and was Japan’s first whisky distillery. This 12-year-old Yamazaki was the first Japanese whisky to be offered worldwide in 1984 and remains one of the most popular today. The distillery is located near Osaka and is now the largest in Japan. The whisky for the 12-year-old matures in various casks, including Japanese oak barrels.
