Xoriguer Mahon Gin is a Spanish gin from Menorca, made according to a traditional recipe dating back to the 18th century. The gin is distilled from a neutral grain alcohol and flavoured with juniper berries and other botanicals. Xoriguer is often perceived as lightly sweet due to a small amount of sugar added after distillation. This gin has an alcohol content of 38%.
