Woodford - Wheat Whiskey 70cl

While the current Woodford Reserve distillery is younger, distilling already took place on the same site as long as 2 centuries ago. The Woodford Reserve Small Batch brand has been around since 1996 and has convinced many whiskey enthusiasts. Their Wheat Whiskey is a little different. Often corn is the dominant grain, but this recipe uses 52 % wheat, followed by malt (20%), corn (20%) and rye (8%). It’s uniquely interesting.
