This is how Malfy Gin is made

There are different types of Malfy Gin on the market, such as the Con Limone, Rosa, and Con Arancia. Basically, these gins are made in the same way, except that naturally different botanicals are used. The lemons used for Malfy Gin come partly from the Amalfi Coast (80%) and from Sicily (20%). The peel of these lemons is first soaked in neutral alcohol for a period. It actually resembles a bit how you would make limoncello at home, where you also let lemon peels soak in alcohol (for example vodka) for an extended period. However, Malfy Gin takes it much further.

Their citrus extract is then distilled together with juniper berries from Tuscany, coriander, cassia, licorice, grapefruit, and oranges. They distill under a vacuum, meaning they don't need to distill at a high temperature, which helps retain the citrusy flavors. After distillation, the gin is filtered, brought to the correct alcohol strength, and bottled. Ready to be enjoyed by you!
