West Cork Distillers, founded in Skibbereen in 2003, uses a variety of casks for maturation. The Calvados Cask whiskey is first matured in bourbon casks and then in Calvados casks, allowing the French apple brandy to add fruity notes to the Irish whiskey. West Cork - Calvados Cask Whiskey is a delicious whiskey from the West Cork brand. This whiskey is distilled in beautiful Ireland and bottled at 43% alcohol.
