Two Stacks is a young whiskey company in Ireland. The three founders find inspiration in the traditions of old and contemporary brands of new. They work with some Ireland’s leading distilleries; selecting spirits distilled across the country. The First Cut is a complex blend of malt, grain and pot still whiskey. Some of it matured in virgin oak casks, but also in ex-bourbon casks and ex-Oloroso sherry butts.
