Three Ships, 12 years 70cl

Three Ships is the first ever Single Malt from South Africa. This special release of 12-year-old single malt is made at the James Sedgwick Distillery in Wellington, a small town about an hour's drive from downtown Cape Town. Here, in 2007, internationally award-winning Whisky Master Distiller, Andy Watts, distilled the malted barley in copper pot stills and allowed the spirit to age for over 12 years in a special selection of older and younger American oak casks in the warm South African climate which ensures rapid maturation. Released in a limited edition.
