Tarsier - Yuzu Marmalade 70cl

Tarsier Yuzu Marmalade is a liqueur based on neutral grain alcohol, enriched with yuzu, a citrus fruit from Japan. For this version, Tarsier uses both the pulp and the peel, creating a subtly sweet and lightly bitter profile. The alcohol content is 25%, making it perfect for drinking neat or using in cocktails. Outside Asia, yuzu is relatively unknown and is traditionally used in Japan for cooking and bathing rituals; the fruit is rich in vitamin C.
