Six Dogs Blue is a South African gin from the Six Dogs Distillery in the Western Cape province. The gin stands out for its use of blue pea flower (Clitoria ternatea), a plant that gives the drink a natural blue color. This flower reacts to acidity: when tonic or lemon is added, the color changes to light purple. The alcohol content is 43 percent.
