It’s the Mediterranean olives that make O’live Gin such a special gin. Made in the French Alpilles (a region in southern France), O’live Gin is a fully distilled gin with corn alcohol as its base, which greatly compliments the rich flavor of the green olives. O’live Gin is a fully-distilled gin, meaning that each of the botanicals — including juniper berries — is distilled separately. The various distillates are then carefully combined.
